When I first moved in the staff was friendly and accomodating...Then they changed staff without notifying anyone and all of a sudden the rules changed...The rules changed meaning they got stricter but unfortunately the staff didn't know what was going on. We would receive a letter on our doors and call the office to ask and you would get a "I'm not sure you will have to speak with June the property mgr". Just so happens the elusive June was never in the office. Not that it made a differenc when she was in the office she didn't have the answers either. But she always promised to call you back. That never happened either. But the first time you do something wrong they treat you like a criminal. When I moved out I had to call 4 different times to ask how much I owed...I rececived 4 different answers. Then when I went to drop off the money, there was yet another number. All in all this complex would not be so bad if they re-vamped the staff and got out all the rift-raft. Teenagers and Punks rule at this location. My apt also overlooked the pool. BIG MISTAKE...Loud music and talking going on all night long...
Also from DAY 1 I had problems with my toilet not flushing..I'd say I had the so called Maintenance man over at least a dozen times...As of the day I moved out still has not worked correctly...
