Not what it used to be

When I moved into this complex, it was an amazingly nice complex with reasonable rent. The credit standards kept the white trash, hip hop ghetto folks and in general the low class riff raff out. Since Steven D. Bell has taken over, the credit standards have been lowered and the trash is moving in. The grounds are not maintained as they were with Archstone and the place is in general decline. I still love my own apartment, the design and layout is great. However, I will be moving somewhere that the residents are more of a professional nature and not of a low class, get drunk, throw your beer cans in the grass nature. The management team is helpful in their own way, but give off an air of complete unprofessionalism. One is dating or sleeping with (not sure which) a guy in my building. There is nothing like seeing one of your management team wondering around drunk in her daisy dukes and tube top. Parking is also a total nightmare, they claim 2 cars per apt. But there is an apartment in my building that has at least 4 cars parked at any given time. Also since taking over, there has been an increase in burglaries and car break-ins. Not to mention unsavory hip hop types hanging around in the parking lot, music blaring and they do not live there.
