Apartment units themselves are nice. They have a modern layout and spacious floorplans. But, the community is going downhill. The whole area of southwest charlotte is going downhill. I am writing this on 12/3 and for the past 3 weeks the front gate has been broken. One of the reasons I moved here was to be in a "gated"community. Not the case. If you work close by, then this place is a viable option but I would recommend looking elsewhere. There are no bars, restaraunts, close by that are decent and it is not in the safest of areas. Overall, it is a decent place but due to the deterioration of the community I would not recommend it.
