High crime, mold infested and rude managers.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
My car was broken into and a gentleman was robbed at gunpoint outside my apartment. Also, the management there towed my car due to out of state tag. I just moved here from out of state. Extremely poor insulation in apartments as well.
