Upscale apartments, calm and quiet place

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
I have been staying here for more than 2 years and no complains som far. Surroundings are pretty, clean and well maintained.
Maintenance is prompt. The only downside could be that there is not much insulation betn the floors. So if you are sensitive to noices, you might want to consider top floor.
