I have enjoyed living at the Springs at Tyvola Centre. My husband and I have been there since May 2005, and we have had no negative experiences or problems. It has been quiet, clean, folks are friendly, and we have everything we need. Plus the gated community protects against vandalism and crime. We were able to have our large dog with us with no problems, and they allowed us to do a month-to-month lease while building our house.
