I moved into this complex in February 2007 and have been living here for 5 months. The grounds are really nice, the complex is quiet and management seems fairly easy going. The fitness center is well equipped, although small, but overall pretty good. Rent is reasonable considering the amenities, proximity to uptown and I-77 and size of apartments. The gates are broken quite often, but are usually fixed within 2 days. I haven't had a problem with crime, and feel relatively safe in the neighborhood. There is ample parking for residents and guests. Overall this is a good rental unit.

I think the quality of what you get for what you pay for isn't up to par. That's why I'm looking for a rental home, I'm tired of hearing loud music, and smelling dog poop that dog owners are not picking up. I think the gate is a facade, I've had problems receiving all of my mail, and I know the office has spare keys, because they have left notices in my mailbox, now I'm getting a POB!
