Good place but staff unhelpful and expensive when extending lease

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Had heard of 1 or 2 instances of breakins during my 9 months stay.
They increased rent by $150 when time to renew the lease.
Staff gets unhelpful when nearing end of lease.
