Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I have to say at the end of my lease I wasn't sure if I could afford to stay, as the rent was increasing. I went in and talked to the staff to see what they could do if anything. To my surprise they were more than willing to help! Not only did they keep my rent the same, they offered me a 14 month lease at the same rate!
