I have to say that I am extremely surprised at how great this community is! I moved here from NY site unseen and was really happy with my choice. The community is beautiful and well kept. The office staff and maintenance team have gone out of their way to make my arrival easy and welcoming. I LOVE my two bedroom apartment.
I just wanted to take the time to make a positive comment about The Springs as it seems people only like to point out the negative when they aren't happy. So here is my positive experience!

You have not even lived here a full year yet. Sounds like you just moved in. Of course everything is positive during that time. Usually people do not try to focus on positives if they feel there are none, and their experience was clearly negative.
