Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
On the first look it appeared just another community to me...but now that I am moving out, I realize how comfortable my stay has been..
Community is beautiful with plenty of sunlight and open space. I have stayed in a 2BR and a 3BR and those were well designed and you dont have to pay outrageous rents. A pretty good pool area to hang out with friends and family...
Security wise its ok...there have been stray incidents.....but is there a place in Charlotte where that doesnt happen at all'
Within 2 miles of Walmart Supercenter and South Boulevard road where you would find pretty much everything.
I would recommend this place to anyone.
