I actually lived there quite a while. The place was fairly nice when I first moved in but gradually went downhill. The complex is showing it's age with rotten woodwork on the buildings and old appliences. As the previous posters mentioned, unsupervised kids were everywhere. "People" parking with their base thumping was a common occurence. Helicopters flying around looking for "suspects" became quite the norm. And shootings took place on several occasions. I will say that I got good response from the maintenance guys.
