The last writer could have saved the comment about black people. The reace card doesn't fit here. You see, there are many black people who prefer to live in a safe, quiet community. If you cannot separate the two from race, then you have bigger issues. The fact is East Pointe Apartments is not safe. Drug dealers, unsupervised kids (who play hookey or have even dropped out) are rampant. Unfortunately, many of the apartments in East Charlotte have become havens for public housing transplants. If you want to live that way, then by all means choose East Pointe, but if you want quiet,safe comfortable apartment living, pay a little more and choose elsewhere. IS your safety worth being cheap' Put more money into your housing and less into your fancy car and live in a better community. Enough said! East Pointe-NO
