My apartment has gotten broken into 2 times without forced entry. Who ever it was had a key. they didnt take anything worth some money but they took a bag of panties!(------- freak). I had to change the locks on every door in my house. Someone constantly knocks on the door looking for some no name person. The maintence and groundsmen are always in and out of houses while people are not home but will turn around and try to sell you sonething (HOT)!.
Within the first week the maint. flooded my apartment,left his tools all over in my house in every room, left nasty ass food from the diswasher all over and under my kicthen sink, had to fix my shower 3x's(---- still not fixed) and did not leave not 1 note saying he was in my house. Don't get me wrong I love the East side and my black people. I have only seen a few hispanicsand whites(very little). There is also nothing wrong with the ghetto. Its just when triflin people can't stop acting or being ghetto. By the way forgot to mention the swat team that I walked out in the middle of trying to catch someone in their apartment. I had to run and duck to my car. The apartments are nice but overpriced for what you get. There are no new amenities unless they break. The grounds are kept up but the wood is really rotted. An extra air conditioner sat outside my complex for 4 months and is still there. Not to mention all the helicoptors at night looking for criminals. Bad ass kids sit outside all day smoking weed right in front of the rental office and the rental staff is ghetto as hell. Do not move to this ------ as neighborhood. It was nice at first, then out the blue at night all you see is police cars just sitting not doing a damn thang. I am currently looking for somewhere else to live in hopes of breaking my lease.Just to keep it real some Black people dont know how to act when we are all together(yes, Im black and don't give a damn at who gets mad.)
