I just can not say how bad this place was i think sleeping outside in 0 below weather could have been better. the maintance is stupid they do not have any education on how to fix sh***. leaks every where mold someone really need to call action 9 i left but i feel sorry for the family's that do not have a choice. this complex is undescribable i never seen a place like this before. Charlotte is not what i throught it was the staff you can not get through to them period. the renovated the outside and forgot about the inside the are old and smell very bad and on top of that megits,flys,spiders, and every other crawling animal you can think of live with you please do not stay here.
