I have been here for almost 3 Years. When I first here Equity was here they do everything that I felt correct. I never have any major problem yet knock on wood. Every time I go to to the lease office I alway leave with a answer or they ladies up there would get back with me. It do depend on were you stay. There a curfew for kids to be home at night. The police department come out here every ngiht to check on the community. I thought I would give my two cent because it look like that people get on here and tell the bad not the good things.

I am not a employee but I do know when people get mad about something that when they get on any website to make it look like that person is wrong not themselve.

Yeah this must be an employee because their is definitely nothing good to say about this place... You have been there 3 years and have had no problems!!?? Yeah Right!!! NOT POSSIBLE, I don't care who you are and where you stay!

I lived at stanford reserve for 5 months and I couldn't figure out why I was getting sick as well as my child and my roommates. Well, upon inspection of my apt. we found mold al in the walls of our unit. I asked my next door neighbor who also showed me their apt. had mold too. The water from the pipes in the above apt. was leaking-for quite sometime-into our apt. Turns out this wasn't the first time this apt. had mold that was paintedover so they could rent it out. Plus, there are people shooting guns and robbing people's home while they are gone! The manager, roxanne and her cronies try to cheat people out of their rent money then claim you still owe them. They wouldn'tlet my roommate who's on the lease come anywhere near the office or pool due to some lie the former leasing agent said about him to get him to stop job hunting on the business center computer. The complex has a real bad flea, spider and rodent problem! i would never move back to this place! I had to wait a month and a half for them to fix my tubs and toilet and my house was stinky all the time from the backed up lines! Then when it rained, in the 2nd bedroom closest to the front door the carpet was really wet from the drainage pipe outside of the building backing up and over flowing into my house! this place is a nightmare! I hope you brought your bullet proof vests!
