I moved in April 03 and just move out April 04. The office has no problem taking your money when you move in but when you want to move out you have to pay all kind of fees for not giving the THREE months notice I ended up having to pay almost $600. In the 12 months I lived there I had my car broken into 4 times and two windows broken out. I would not recomend this place to anybody.
