I'm still living in my apartment here where I have been living for 3 months since I moved from California. The moment I moved in I noticed problems. The windows in the sunroom (all 3 of them!) were broken and would not stay open. The counters were broken and chipping and rather than replacin them they were painted over. The windows were "fixed" and somehow 2 of them still don't stay open. There are holes below the windows, literally that are now only covered by tape.

The management hadn't replaced a broken light cover outside my door that my neigbors had knocked off and shattered, and well after a month since the first request I asked them to do it. They replaced the light bulb. I had to request a third time for them to fix it. On top of this, TODAY I find my ceiling cracking and depressed from the ceiling like it was going to collapse. Well it finally did. I now have a hole in my ceiling.

I tried to call the emergency repair number and they had not only taken it off their phone options but it is no longer posted anywhere in the complex.

The front gate has been broken for the past week, fixed, and is now broken AGAIN the same way-cars have to literally squeeze through the 1/2 open gate to get out. Though the complex has a mechanical arm to allow only 1 car in to the complex at once, they don't use it, and in turn cars wait at night for a resident to come and open the gate so they can slide through.

Thugs and all-together slime of the earth types jump the fence from the complex next door to do god-knows-what in our complex. I live alone and frankly I feel very uncomfortable not having someone here. If I could afford to get out of here now I would. This just is NOT worth rent payments of any sort.
