Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived at Steeplechase May 2003-May 2004 and then again from November 2004-July 2005. I have to agree, the one-bedroom side is better because there is less noise and hardly any children. I am a single female and NEVER really had any problems with "hoodlums" or "ghetto birds" hanging outside. I guess the side that I stayed on, people had jobs, so I didn't have to worry about that.
I feel that it is helpful to read other individuals' reviews, but sometimes you can't go off of what people say. If that was the case, you probably wouldn't find any "decent" place in Charlotte.
