I moved into the first building and have been very pleased. The inside of the apartment is beautiful, lots of features and a huge bathroom. The grounds and buildings are reminiscent of Charleston, SC (I think that was their intention). Maintenance has been great, even helping me get settled when I moved in. Office staff is very friendly and helpful...overall, I would definitely recommend.
