Noise Travels from Floor Above

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
It was quiet at first, but after I got a neighbor upstairs, I am no longer happy here.

I here bump bump bump from music non stop almost all hours I am home.

I'm at my limit. Starting tonight, the Charlotte Police Department gets called.

Look elsewhere, it is not worth the $1300 rent.
