Don't move here!

My roommate and I have had nothing but problems from this place. From the very begining. We were told when we sign the lease that trash and water was included in the rent and then 3 months later they sent us a notice that we owed them money. When we called they told us that we hadn't been paying the correct amount and we told them we were paying what we were told to pay. That is when they told us that we were told the wrong amount because trash and water is not included. Then someone tried to break into our apartment and they didn't even act like they cared. My boyfriend had to reinforce the locks on his own. There is rarely parking room in the parking garage. The walls are paper thin. It took forever to get maintenence to come out and fix something when it was broken. There is nothing luxurious about this place but the prices are ridiculous. Now that our lease is almost up they are charging us almost a full months rent for only 12 days of being there because we sent in our 60 day notice a few days late. There are plenty of much nicer cheaper options. Do not move here! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Clearly you never read your lease. If your lease is like mine then it states on the front page whether or not water is submetered. In addition, the front page of the lease also says that a 60 day notice is required. If you turned your notice in 12 days late, then that is no one's fault but your own.
