Since we wanted to stay in this general area, we looked at many complexes and apartments. This 3 Bedroom is absolutely HUGE - and the water pressure is awesome! There are 2 pools AND a Hot Tub which is terrific for the entire family. The playground is nice - just wish there were swings. But no matter, up the road is the library and a really nice park. A downside is there is no real "space" for BBQ-ing. The car-care area is ideal, it makes it easier to just quick clean the vehicles out. The Management has been wonderful - small situations have been handled quickly and discreetly. The YMCA is almost directly across the street - big advantage for all of the offerings they have. Great restaurants nearby and a Movie theatre - don't forget Carowinds amusement park 6 minutes away! AND we are so close to I-485 but you'd forget that because there is no noise. This is a great choice. Have not used the workout facility here, but it must be decent because there are always people working out there.

This sounds like management writing this review to try to sell the apartment complex. The car care center hasn't been working for over six months so you have to take your car somewhere and pay to have it cleaned. The workout facility is very, very, very bad. You do not see people working out at all because the equipment is very outdated so you have to pay for a gym membership somewhere AND, if you wanted to try to use the old equipment, the workout facility is only open during daytime hours. So, if you have a M-F 9-5, job it completely unaccesible to you.

I don't think it was management. They're not intelligent enough to write something that coherent. They would have used alot more exclamation points and spelled a bunch of words wrong.

I wrote this review and am not management. I am sorry if you don't agree with my opinion. And the workout facility IS used all of the time...where are YOU living! And I live right next to the car care center and THAT is being used daily..so I fail to see your point about it not working. You sound disgruntled though with your 9-5 job. Maybe you should use your weekends off to relax by the beautiful pool (yes, there are 2!) AND/OR the hot tub. Not saying there aren't issues, as there are anywhere you live...but for all points this is a pretty nice place to live. Plus, if you're my neighbor, then we get along fine. My building ROCKS (in a quiet sort of way).
