everything here is crazy
you would think new mgmt would be to make things better well here that interpetation is wrong. maintenence got worst. staff is so stuck up like they are better than you and one of the office ladies told me she wouldnt live here if her rent was free so what is your impression. the apartments here are old they are breaking down slowly the screen doors dont lock the stairs crackle and i am not a heavy person. they have cable in one room and refuse to let you put another outlet in the wall. phone calls are not returned. and their files are all ----ed up i pay extra on rent they refuse to credit it to my account, but we will see how far that gets after my lawyer speaks to them. it is noisy here trains pass every 5 min. at all hours kids scream like they lost their minds and the parents are worthless for letting them do so. its school time arent 9 yr olds supposed to be in bed at 2 am on weekdays, not outside playing with loud friends''' and the attempt to keep the grounds clean they have dumb people doing that job what would you honestly do if you were sitting in your car and they blow leaves on it then to get the leaves off they lay the blower on top of your car so it can scratch the paint. well it wasnt pleasant when it happened to me.

She is correct. after on of thier sessions at grounds maintenance I found a large scratch-scrape on the hood of my car with tons of leaves and debris on it. This place is a rat hole and the new management Trammel Crow appears to be going thru Charloote buying up alot of section 8 heavy Apartment complexes. Do a search for Autumn Park, Courtney Ridge, Oak Park at nations Ford and Sycamore green. they have all been snatched up by this company in the last few years.

my opinion is the same the name for this place at first was ok and staff was doable but this has turned into something you would find in harlem of new york
