From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Stonehaven East Apartments are very unorganized. We called about infestation of roaches and they sent maintenance men out to spray. When we called they said the man signed off that he did the work order but no one never showed. Then when the real pest control came the man told me that it wasn't their company that came and sprayed. Our central air is completely screwed because sometimes in the winter the heat wasn't working. When we moved in during last summer the air didn't work now the spring time is here and its 85 degrees in our house at night. Nothing works here. the property manager said if the ice maker didn't work in a few hours to call back and we've never had a ice maker since we've been here. and our storage door outside is yet to recieve a doorknob so that the door stays closed.
