I would strongly recommend this community. Very spacious, affordable living. Wonderful staff, prompt maintenance, charming neighbors, close to uptown. Restaurants, drug store, high end grocery store, dry cleaning, ABC store, salon . . . all within walking distance! The only down side was the pet fee. $300 per pet.

All in all - everyone I have talked to is extremely happy here!!
