Strawberry Hill Apartments

Avoid this place like the plague! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   This apartment complex seems nice enough on the outside - a small shopping area with restaurants etc within the complex. So much for the good - now here's the bad: 1. Staff is incompetent. I asked for a simple fix in my bathroom. They left a note that the toilet was fixed. I don't think they did anything beyond leaving the note! 2. Staff is incompetent. Watch for the automatic roll over to a month-by-month plan at the end of your lease. Conveniently they do not mail you a reminder of your lease expiry. 3. If you're looking to deal with professionals, you will be sorely disappointed! And the free cable advertised on the web is going away too. But you still have to pay for it even if you don't want it! Really classy. UPDATE: The management company is much better to deal with. Like the reviewer above me, I had problems dealing with the same lady. They really need to encourage her to adjust her attitude!
