This is the 4th place I've lived in Charlotte, and by far it's my favorite! The price is very reasonable for the townhomes. The gym isn't that great but otherwise everything is awesome. I've had 2 maintenance problems and they've both been completely taken care of within 24 hours. The appliances are older, but I've had no problems with them. All the rooms are very spacious. I really feel at home here and safe. I even go running by myself without feeling fearful. It is definately more of a family atmosphere than many other places. I also love the location and walking to Eckerd's and the Fresh Market is SO convenient.
