If you want a lot of space, in a fairly safe neighborhood, this is a great place. There are many families here. It's fairly quiet and in a good location.

The bad side... it is older, lots of leaky insulation. The fireplaces suck. Seriously... they suck the warm air right out in the winter...

There are bugs in the summer... Palmetto bug.. roach whatever you call it it's a bug and I don't want them as roomates.

And yeah, that lady in the front office is GRUMPY.

I haven't had too many problems with maintenance. They are not good at announcing their arrival, however. They just assume no one is home during the day.

The pet fees are riduculous... the carpet is cheap. I hear they are putting new appliances in some places... but i haven't gotten any in mine.
