I am a little disturbed with what I am reading online about Strawberry Hill. I think their leasing process is totally unfair to newcomers. I just signed a lease today and now I realize why they had me initial certain parts of the lease today. What bothers me is that they do not tell you the reason they want you to do this information is because of past complaints by residents. Instead of improving their customer service to residents they are busy with having new residents sign documents to cover themselves. while reading my lease one of the office assistants went over the lease ( a nice thing) with me pointing out the very things people are complaining about on this website (carpet, leaving apt. clean). When she pointed out how free access to apts. i asked her will they contact you prior to coming in and she said yes - so I guess I will have to wait and see. But for what is worth I believe what other are writing if they were false S. Hill would not take the extra measures with all the initialing on the lease. I will report back in a few months to let you all know.
