We've lived here for one month and it's the worst apartment that I've ever lived in. I did not listen to the other reviewers when they said there are plenty of cockroaches here. Trust me when I say there are and the only thing the office staff does here is send out a guy every Thursday to spray the base boards. He's been here 3 times already (did I say we've only been here for a month'). They are upstairs, downstairs and in our bathrooms. We should have left this place as soon as we saw all the cockroach droppings on our kitchen counters on move-in day. Don't make the same mistake I did and not trust what the other reviews are saying.
