I have lived in several apartments, and this one is my favorite. The neighbors are respectful and quiet. There is plenty of parking. In the three years that I have been here, I have only seen one cockroach in my apartment. Also, it is within walking distace of a small grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. The maintenance and office staff are outstanding. Also, my apartment is spacious and affordable. I feel comfortable walking around outside at night.
