Nice place to live

I have lived here for 6 months now and I really like it here. I feel very safe and have never experienced any crime or seen any here for that matter. I'm surprised that others in the reviews have. However when I first moved in, I noticed a police car that drives around the complex during the day. He was there the first few months I was living here. (I'm not sure if he still comes around).
The complex is well maintained on the outside as well as on the inside. The apartment is in great condition and very clean. The maintenance crew come very quickly when need be. I only needed them to come once to unclog a drain.
I feel the price of the apartment is very reasonable considering how large it is! It's spacious and TONS of storage. The only thing that I didn't like was the lady initially quoted me $870, but when I was signing the lease, it was listed as $890 because cable was an extra 20 dollars. They made it seem like that cable was included in the rent quote. I felt that was extremely dishonest and I wanted to walk away. So just beware when they are telling you about pricing and in the same sentence say 'cable is included in the rent,' be sure to question the exact rent price because how they talk about it, is misleading.
Next, the location is great, it's not to far from Southpark Mall and only a 20 minute commute to uptown. It also has a Rite Aid, Fresh Market, restaurants and a few other amenities on site which is very convenient.
