Summer Lake

This has got to be one of the worst apartment complexes I've ever resided in. There is a pool and tennis courts but no one can use either. There is a childrens playground but it's to dangerous for children to play on. There is a small pond which seems to be merely a breeding ground for many animals especially a flock of wild, loud geese. Down every road there is a number of dumpsters that could use a wood fence to make a better appearance. The office staff is alright considering what they have to deal with here. The maintenance staff has twindled down and what's left seems to be overworked and not permitted to actually do the jobs they were hired to do. I've heard of police being here many times but I haven't witnessed to much of that. At night there is a peace here but your restricted beyond belief with some of the most rideculous rules and regulations I've ever encountered. I understand the want to get rid of the riff raff but please let those who pay rent and cause no problems have a little fun. Would I recommend this place, No I don't believe I would. I heard this was once a very nice complex and I sincerely hope the owner comes off some dough to make it that way again. Maybe then the NEW Buena Vista will be a nice place to live and not have the bad name of Summer Lake ever again. One can only hope and I have a one year lease to see what changes may come.
