Please dont move here it has everything from no parking to loud music horrible staff and maintenance and the apartments are very outdated and not well maintained.I moved here nov.2008 and something broke in the apartment atleast once every two weeks.Then when maitnence was called it would take another 2 weeks for them to come out.Just a few things that went wrong were broken dishwasher 3 times and was never properly repaired,leaking pipes under the sink 2 times and was never properly repaired broken garbage disposole no hot water ceiling leaked our bed room window was broken after not even 1 week of moving in my car was towed because they started using parking passes in the complex and didnt properly inform all the residents when i approched them about it they said they put flyers up on everyones door which is not a proper way to notify someone that they need to get a parking pass or there car will be towed
The kids in the neighborhood knocked over my motorcycle and broke the mirror... The laundry facilities are disgusting half the washers do not work and there is not a notice on which ones do and dont people leave cigeratte buds in the washers... and thats just to name a few so if you are in your right mind and your in a situation where you can pay more rent please do so and do not move here im warning you!
