going downhill From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/6/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Under a new manager this set of apartments has gone downhill in regards to service and appearance. What was once a pretty complex is now in need of repair. Only a year ago these apartments were free of screaming kids in the parking lots while fighting with sticks. Apartments are getting old, heating in the winter is costly $180 a month this last winter for a 2 bedroom. My suggestion is to keep on looking. Maybe you can find a newer complex or at least one in which things are fixed correctly.
