DEFINITELY going WAY WAY down hill

I live here now and cannot wait to move. The new manager is not friendly nor helpful. I have had NUMEROUS problems with my apartment. I had to stay in a hotel for a WEEK because of a flood and the Summit corporation refused to even pro-rate my rate for the week I could not live there. I had to pay full month's rent and they would not give me a penny towards my hotel bill. Kenny, the maintenance man is wonderful, but he is the only reliable and friendly one... Everyone else that works there is the complete opposite.
