when I first moved in I loved it here. the staff was nice, maintenance requests answered timely, ect. I've been here for over a year and in that time management has changed-after the change in management of the maaintenance requests I have put in none have been fully resolved and one went unanswered(overflooded toilet in a 1 bathroom apartment. the celing in my laundry area was leaking badly, maintenance guy came out-didn't know where the leak was comming from and did nothing, a day later it stopped but the maintenance guy never followed with the problem so now there is black mold in my apartment that I breathe everyday. the second time my toilet flooded it leaked onto the carpet and under the padding-staff never bothered to use an industrial fan to dry the carpet so it became moldy and started smelling. aside from the maaintenance issue as reasons I should have never moved here, there is not enough parking, grounds are not always properly upkept- I was walking my dog one evening and tripped on a large peice of concrete in the parking lot and sprained my ankle, the concrete that held one of the bannesters near my apartment was cracking off and the bannester was leaning-apartment staff waited until the bannester broke completely off and never reattached it-the bannester was in this state for maybe a month. there are may other reason I can site as why this is not a good choice for the money. the only positive about the complex is there proximaty to shopping but would you be willing to sacrifice comfort, satisfaction and safety for location'' I don't think so.
