These are very nice apartments and seem to be very well managed. However, be cautious when you are first deciding to move here. If you're interested, give them a check to run your credit report, but don't give them anything else until you've been accepted. Unless you're 100% sure that you're credit is very clean, don't let them push you into put more down as a "holding fee" for a particular apartment. They tell you that there is no deposit, but if there is one thing wrong on your credit, they'll slap you with a one month's rent deposit. Then you're left to either pay the deposit or loose the "holding fee".
