First let me say I have read and agree with all of the negative ratings from other residents. This apt. has been nothing but a hassle ever since I moved here. First, I was made to pay for almost a whole month's rent even though I wouldn't be living here until the following month. The fee was to "hold" the apt. For some reason I agreed and signed the lease and it was only then that I was told that I could not have the keys to the apt because it wasn't ready. Almost three weeks later I moved in because I had been told that the apt was ready however, this was not the case. The carpets obviously hadn't been cleaned, the A/C was broken and the dishwasher was/still is broken. Not to mention the fact that there was a soft spot in the kitchen and the enormous holes in the wood on the floor. None of these issues were ever resolved in a timely manner. I had to call and have maintenence come out 4 separate times just to fix the A/C until they finally replaced my unit. It's now been five months and none of the other issues have been resolved. Another scare I have had while living here is that there is faulty wiring. The ceiling fan in the dining room shot sparks across the room one night and tripped the breaker. This was the only incident that was resolved the very next day. (I guess they can't be lazy about something that will burn down the apt complex.) The staff here are nice and rude when they want to be, depending on what you need. The only good thing about this apt is the poor neighbors that have to endure this nightmare too. They are quiet and friendly. There is a small amount of children that live here, but they aren't too annoying. Overall though, I would say save yourself the heartache and PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE BETTER.
