Summit Foxcroft/Simsbury

Wonderful From: zollo12 Date posted: 3/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I lived here for 2 years and sadly, had to move out of Charlotte. This was by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived at (Simsbury side). The apartments were spacious, grounds were kept immaculate, staff and maintenance came out IMMEDIATELY to fix any problems I had. The rent was inexpensive and the location was ideal (you can walk to Ben and Jerry's--it doesn't get better than that.) The buildings were a little older, so some things did break down, but that's to be expected. Only drawback--many car break-ins. During the 2 years I lived there, 4 people I know had their cars broken into (including mine) and one was stolen. Unfortunately this is true of most places in Charlotte--living in a nicer neighborhood doesn't help. All in all I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!
