I have lived at Summit Hollow since 2002. The maintenance is poor and they give excuses to apt. problems. Summit hollow is clean(Except for the basketball area) and has very nice tenants. No noise problems.
just be sure to check the Heating/Air before signing a lease!! It can be cold in winter and run up a high electric bill. They need better heat pump systems. Other appliances work just fine. Nice kitchen room and general floor layout.Is a great summer place with the pool and all. Just watch out for lack of keeping filters changed in Apt. and lint draft cleaned and maintenance stuff is poor, but I would recommend it highly overall.
