My husband and I lived at Summit Hollow for 2 years. The management was superb, especially compared to the management at The Hamptons at Quail Hollow, our previous apt. One of the free perks of living there is that the leasing office would feed our cats when we went away on vacation! Every maintenance issue was dealt with promptly and air filters changed regularly. The floor plans were larger than most newer ones. It was great to walk to the grocery store, etc. We loved living there and would recommend it wholeheartedly.
