Maintenance is extremely poor at Summit Hollow. We had a water leak in the upstairs bedroom window that caused major water damage to the wall, electrical outlet, and downstairs ceiling. Some personal property was also water damaged. The office and maintenance staff were notified several times of the water damage (that grew larger with each heavy thunderstorm), but did absolutely nothing. I still have the note from the property manager that they would send a specialist to look at the damage (but noone ever came by). Car break-ins happened on occasion. The walls/ceilings are paper thin, so be prepared to be very intimate with your neighbors and their music selection. The only good thing here is the location in South Charlotte.
