Staff does not respond--Poor Maintenance

The complex was recently sold to Camden management and they have promoted an office worker to property manager. Not only is it impossible to get anyone to respond to maintenance calls, the property manager is rude and unprofessional when dealing with the tenants.
There is no enforcement of the rules and regulations as stated in the lease and the maintenance staff and office either do not communicate or just don't care. Teenagers and college students party in the parking lot at all hours, their "security" officer never responds when called and the plumbing and HVAC are dismal.
It is a marked difference from when Summit Properties managed the complex (at least they tried to address maintenance issues by responding in a timely manner even if they were unable to fix the situation which has usually been the case)--definitely not worth the rent hikes and additional fees they've implemented (trash & sewer).
Don't just walk away--RUN!!
