decent place From: learch72 Date posted: 4/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   lived there for a year and a half with no issues. It's a little older but in pretty good shape and the south charlotte location was ideal for me. convenient to south park and not too far from downtown. I found lots o good places on the cltapt website which was awesome for finding a place in the location I wanted.
