Worst apartment I have ever lived in!

The staff at Summit Hollow is very rude and ghetto. I have never lived in such a rundown apartment in my life. I assumed because the area was nice that the apartments would also be nice but I was very wrong. The apartments are old and barely maintained. During the year I lived there the pool was drained during the entire summer months. Also the maintenance staff never fixed things when things broke. Towards the end of our lease I realized mold growing on the ceiling and I notified the staff immediatly. They said they would take care of it. Instead I found a bottle of spray paint they had left behind that they used to cover the mold on our ceiling. Also the office staff is crazy. Autumn and the office manager(can't remmeber name)She is a young black woman with the worst attitude I have ever come in contact with. They would harrass us daily about us not paying a fee for something they made up. So I do not suggest anyone living here.

As stated in my positive review listed elsewhere on this list, the pool was drained due to a violation of the pool rules that are clearly posted. Glass was dropped in the pool area and the Health Department requires that the pool must be drained for safety purposes. The pool was not drained to punish or deprive residents, it was for their safety!
