Lived here for about 4 months while transitioning to a new home. When we moved in, the office staff was pleasant. Ownership has changed though and now they are virtually unreachable (closed on weekends too). Maintenance response is non-existent, although that was the case with the old management too. Buildings are OLD and reek of mold, walls are paper-thin, these places need an upgrade badly!

Management was kind enough to send letters about increased crime in the area, but pretty much said that you are on your own for safety, and if your locks are broken we'll have to charge you to fix them.

KEEP YOUR CAR LOCKED!

You get what you pay for here - it's basically a pile of s*#t nestled in a nice neighborhood.

Oh, and check www.faison.com (the website of the new owners) There is an article there saying that the place may be torn down (thank God) in the near future.
