i lved @ sun valley for 3 years and i think it is a good place not the best one, but good, i have a son and he was always playing outside, nothing happened, but i've heard some problems with other residents which i don't know if they are true, i would recommend this apartments to families

That is too bad that your son will never know anything better. This is a product of being poor and uneducated. But thanks for coming to my country - I hope you know my taxes are paying for your food stamps and medicaid. :)

Don't be deceived...all the good things that people are writing, its all junk that Bob and Ana wrote...I have spoken to tons of people in regards to Sun valley and they all say the same thing. Its dangerous, disgusting, and needs to be put out of business.
