my girlfriend and i lived here. when we looked at the apartment it was during the day so no one was around. we thought it was a nice, quiet place. then we moved in and the latinos came crawling out of the wood works. they are nasty. i am not racist but the ones here are nasty. our dog almost died picking something nasty up off the ground. it made her very sick. they throw their food out their door instead of into their trash can including other things such as used condoms. they tied poor little bunny rabbits up outside awaiting their death sentence and to be served for dinner. the men would hang out by our front step getting drunk, braeking beer bottles, and harrassing us. we talked to bob the "manager" and he said they were from a poor country and we should get used to it. "he couldn't do anything about it" maintenence, it was so bad that we needed a floor put into the bathroom because it was rotting out. maintenence did such a terrible job with the repair that i finally called my dad to come fix it for us. the apartment quality was terrible. they allowed a woman to work in the office who was also prostituting out of her apartment leaving her door open and having her 2 yr old daughter in the room while servicing her clients. sexual harrassment from the latino men was horrible. we did not go outside alone or without our rottweiler. esp. at night. the noise and bugs were terrible. and the latinos used the parking lot as a speed strip. just outside our front door there was a sewage leak onto the sidewalk spillng RAW SWEAGE everywhere. it was left there for a week and childeren were playing in it until we finally called the health dep. and had them come out and have it taken care of. the pool was NASTY and the so called tennis court was made into a soccer court for what seemed like 100 perverted latino men. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!IT IS HORRIBLE

I agree! I lived there for 4 months and I left. Bob may be white, but he is racist against his own people. He made a racial slur against me and also the ment hat live there harassed me and I got attacked one night. Bob didn't do a damn thing!

Bob is sketchy and shady. I would advise EVERYONE to stay away from this place!! You can rent elsewhere for only a little more (usually you can get discounts from work or amenties they do not offer in your particular apt). You and your family are worth it!
